Scheduling Appointments
No question about it: you can't do better than a college visit, especially when it comes to appreciating the great college environment at SUNY Plattsburgh.

You can schedule an appointment for a campus tour, a meeting with an admissions advisor, or any other visitation event by calling toll-free (888) 673-0012. If you are interested in pursuing a master's degree program, contact us at (800) 723-9515.
We recommend that you schedule your appointment two weeks in advance, if possible. SUNY Plattsburgh offers several different options for campus visits - let us know which one works best for you!
Campus Visit Options
Personal Meeting with an Admissions Advisor
You and your family can take the opportunity to meet with an admissions advisor on a personal basis. The meeting provides an overview of your specific program interests and admissions requirements, with time to answer your questions. Appointments are available on weekdays only, and are followed by a campus tour. Call Admissions at (888) 673-0012 to schedule your visit.
Open Houses
SUNY Plattsburgh's Open House events involve the entire campus and feature presentations by college officials, Q&A sessions, student-guided tours, and opportunities to meet with faculty and staff.

These group information sessions are available for accepted students, with a specific focus on the program area(s) listed. Questions will be addressed during the student panel portion of the presentation.
Includes Admissions & Academic Presentations and a Campus Tour. All presentations begin at 10 a.m.

Scholars' Weekend 2010

- A special overnight visit event for a select group of accepted students who have been offered merit scholarships (by invitation only).
Multicultural Student Visitation Program (MSVP) 2010

- A special overnight visit event for students who have been accepted to SUNY Plattsburgh (by invitation only).
